Granmadre, Abuela y Guerrera

I created a mini-documentary about my grandmother to bring attention to the issue of domestic violence and share her inspiring story. The film chronicles her courageous escape to the United States, where she sought safety for herself and her children. It also reflects on her life 43 years later, as she faces a new battle: cancer. Through this documentary, I aim to highlight her resilience and the lasting impact of both the trauma she endured and the strength she continues to show.
